Where personal data is processed on our behalf, providers are required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality and process data only for authorised purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with UK data protection law, which may include UK adequacy arrangements, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the ICO’s International Data Transfer Addendum. Where required, we also undertake a transfer risk assessment.
