Having worked in the construction industry for nearly 50 years, I can say that it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Your Space Projects.

It is a great shame that we could not have done more together as a company, but we only latterly found each other! In our dealings, we have found the company professional, very able, fair and friendly and I am sure that with those attributes you will be very successful in the future building on your strengths and your client base.

I wish the company and all at YSP well for the future.

I am an Architect with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. In that time I have worked with, and for, many Contractors and Developers on a range of projects, both large and small. In the four years that I have been working with Yourspace Projects Ltd, I have been impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail during projects. They consistently strive to do the important things correctly and have delivered a number of successful projects for their clients. Their commitment to Health and Safety and correct working procedures has been obvious during the time I have worked with them and in this regard they compare favourably with the best developer/contractors I have worked with. Chris Davey in particular is always keen to get things right and ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a high standard. They are innovative in their approach to sustainability in design, construction and operation and have delivered some high quality innovative housing schemes. I believe wholeheartedly that Yourspace are a high quality reputable/developer contractor who consistently act with integrity and professionalism and would hope that this is taken into consideration when the case against them is considered.
